I have seen County Lines in operation and it was a great shock at the time because I'd returned from living overseas for many years and could not believe it could happen in England! A friend's cousin was subjected to being imprisoned in his flat and it being taken over by dealers. It happens, right under our noses so it is good to be reminded that bad things are not that far from our perfect little bubbles. a local car-wash was operating with trafficked people and nobody had a clue!
